In recent months, there has been increasing investment in innovative solutions and services that provide a significant boost to sustainability in all forms.
Three major upgrades have just been ordered in which Brückner Servtec will modify existing production assets:
In one of these orders a European customer will receive an upgrading package which consists of a state-of-the-art control system combined with new, highly efficient direct-drives with higher accuracy and reduced energy consumption. The package ensures the customer the production of their high-quality film for a long time with a significant extension of the line life cycle.
Another European customer is extending its product portfolio by the installation of an in-line coater, which not only increases the product quality and reduces production costs but also is key for sustainable film solutions such as mono-material structures.
The third order in this row is received from an Asian customer and contains a modification package for their existing BOPP line to enter in high-margin specialty film business. Along the production line various modifications will tune the equipment to enable the production of profitable specialities.
The trend continues and clearly shows how important it is to have a reliable and strong partner who can implement individual measures quickly and flexible.
