End of December 2020 we announced a company change of our Chief Representative in Taiwan, Mr. Oly Chan. Since Jan 2021 Oly is hosted by our Brückner Group agency Keris International Company.
Today we would like to inform you, that our Mr. Oly Chan will start his well-deserved retirement end of June 2022, after representing Brückner 30 years in the important Taiwan market. During this period Oly became an institution in Brückner aftersales and sales relation to your esteemed company and contact persons. With his passion and commitment he ensured our excellent service.
We express our sincere thanks to Oly building trust and faith to Brückner customers in Taiwan, and wish him all the best for his new phase in life.
In order to assure a smooth change in the aftersales organization Mr. Lee Ming Hsiang, General Manager of Keris International Co. and his team, will take over the aftersales market activities of Mr. Oly Chan. We will ensure a proper hand-over procedure, and both gentlemen will visit our customers soon.
The spare part business will remain in the experienced hands of our Mrs. Axia Leung, who will continue to serve our Taiwan customers in full.
