TU PHUONG BOPP FILM celebrates the successful start-up of their new 8.7m BOPP Line
As a newcomer in the BOPP film industry, TU PHUONG BOPP FILM found in Brückner Maschinenbau a strong and reliable partner for the future. Due to the promising demand situation in Vietnam as well as in the Asia Pacific region, TU PHUONG BOPP FILM realized the idea to be the first company to establish a brand-new, ultra-modern BOPP factory in Vietnam.
TU PHUONG BOPP FILM now operates the latest state - of - the art 8.7m BOPP film line with over 50.000 tpa. incl. full P&D equipment delivered by Brückner Maschinenbau. With this new line, TU PHUONG BOPP FILM is in the position to produce the highest quality film which shall boost sales in Vietnam, where no new line was installed for many years.
Mr. Bui To Minh, General Director of Plastic Chemicals Joint Stock Company (the mother company of TU PHUONG BOPP FILM), says: “We are proud to be the first Vietnamese company since a very long to invest and successfully start up a brand new BOPP line in accordance with highest quality standards”.
Mr. Le Ngoc Tung, General Director of TU PHUONG BOPP FILM: “Covid-19 was hitting us hard in terms of travel regulations etc., however, Brückner and TU PHUONG BOPP FILM could overcome all that obstacles in a close and strong partnership. Overall, we look forward to the next project together with Brückner to increase our film production capacity to guarantee the best film supply to our customers in and outside of Vietnam”.
Xaver Sedlmeier, Sales Director at Brueckner Group Asia-Pacific, underlines this strong partnership: “Brückner had to face travel restrictions paired with very tough quarantine regulations in Vietnam which made the project execution respectively the line commissioning extremely challenging.
