Latin America’s top trade show in the plastics industry again attracted all major players
Being Latin America’s top trade show in the plastics industry, Feiplastic again attracted all major players as exhibitors and visitors to introduce trends and deepen their networking. Although the investment climate is presently rather challenging, numerous discussions showed that the clouds have got a silver lining.
Visitors very much appreciated that Brückner Maschinenbau and Kiefel presented their latest technologies at one joint booth. The conversations mainly concentrated on the possibilities how film manufacturers and plastic processors can diversify and enlarge their product portfolio.
Brückner Maschinenbau recognized a rising interest for innovative oriented specialty films in packaging as well as in technical applications. Thus, the presented technologies for the manufacture of multi-layer film applications, BOPET packaging films, shrink films, photovoltaic applications, optical films or thin capacitor films fully met visitors’ demands. Also in the focus: how to upgrade existing film stretching lines.
Kiefel’s visitors asked for packaging solutions and were impressed by the latest pressure forming machines for trays and containers with highest productivity as well as cup forming machines with the new stacking unit, a smart solution for an efficient cup production. Another notable trend: Thermoform in mould label applications.
