Latest capacitor film technology for Chinese market leader
Quanzhou Jiadeli Electronics (JDL) is China’s market leader when it comes to capacitor film production. The long-term Brückner customer now took the next step to strengthen its position. Two more Brückner capacitor film lines will complete the already impressive machine park of four lines.
Line number one is a sequential one, with a flexible working width from 5.8 to 6.4 meters and a yearly output of nearly 5,000kg. It will help to cover the growing market demand for high quality and high temperature resistant capacitor films.
Line number two is a highly sophisticated simultaneous stretching line for the manufacture of ultra-thin specialty films for most challenging EV applications. For JDL it’s the second Brückner LISIM® line. With a working width of 6.4m and speeds well above 300m/min the line is one of the most efficient in this special area.
Both lines include the complete expertise Brückner has gained with innumerable capacitor film line projects so far, the first capacitor film line already sold 50 years ago. With a growing portion of capacitor production going into the rising number of electric vehicles as well as into all mobile devices, television and computer technologies, the outlook for the capacitor industry is still promising.
