Hubei Jiayue and Brückner put one of China’s first high speed and high output 10.4m BOPP lines
into operation
When Hubei Teng Lei New Material Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Brückner Maschinenbau team up for a BOPP film production project, speed, output, efficiency are always there. The first joint project was a 10.4m wide high-speed line with 525m/min and an output of 7,6 tons per hour. Line number two – which went successfully on stream recently – is even a bit more powerful, with a speed of 600m/min and an hourly output of approx. 8.4 tons.
Josef Haslinger, Head of Sales China, Brückner Maschinenbau, explains one of the technical highlights: „The line’s sliding shoes are especially developed for highest speeds, nevertheless they require very little lubricating oil. This results in significant material savings, of course, but also additional cleanliness, reduced maintenance, increased film quality and a considerable advantage in terms of production costs.”
Mr. Gong Daohua, the plant owner, looks to the future with pride and confidence: „For us, efficiency in film production is of great importance, because it means decreasing use of raw materials, lower energy consumption and less waste. Our next Brückner line, which we are currently installing, is just as much in favour of this as the two previous ones. And future projects that we are discussing right now of course also.”
共同合作進入下一步高速階段
湖北佳悦和布鲁克纳建成中国首条高速、高产量10.4米双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)生产线投产。
当湖北腾雷新材料科技有限公司和布鲁克纳机械有限公司携手合作进行新的BOPP薄膜生产线项目时，对于速度、产量和效率总是重要的考虑因素。第一个合作的项目是一条 10.4m 宽的高速生产线，速度为 525m/min，产量为每小时 7.6 吨。最近成功投产的二号生产线甚至更加强大，速度为600米/分钟，每小时产量约为8.4吨。
布鲁克纳机械中国区销售主管约瑟夫 哈斯林格解释了其中一个技术亮点：“该生产线的滑块是专为最高速度生產而开发，但所需要的润滑油却非常少量。当然，这节省了大量的耗材，同时也增加了清洁度，减少了维护工作，提高了薄膜质量，并在生产成本方面具有相当大的优势。
公司拥有人龚道华先生自豪而自信地展望未来：“对我们来说，薄膜生产效率非常重要，因为它意味着减少原材料的使用，降低能耗和减少损耗。我们目前正在安装的下一条布鲁克纳生产线与前两条生产线一样, 其优势均具备在这条生产线。当然，我们现在正在讨论的未来项目也是如此。“
