Nine months after acquiring Kiefel GmbH, Freilassing and Kiefel Extrusion GmbH, Worms, the Brückner Group from Siegsdorf is taking time to take stock of its acquisition. In the opinion of the management of the Brückner Group GmbH the acquisition has been an overall success.
The integration of the two companies into the Brückner Group is progressing according to plan. In the process, Kiefel and Kiefel Extrusion can also utilize suitable platforms of the Brückner Group, in addition to their own respective sales and production structures.
Beyond this, first steps have been realized to open up additional market potential by meaningful additions to the product programs, for example between the ranges of blown film lines (Kiefel Extrusion GmbH) and cast film lines (Brückner Formtec GmbH).
The business outlook for all Brückner Group’s business units is continuing to develop very positively for the current financial year.
