Numerous visitors showed great interest in the latest solutions for the future development of Myanmar’s growing food and non-food packaging industry.
After its opening in 2011 Myanmar has rapidly developed in many industrial fields. The country now offers the Brückner Group opportunities in all areas of its business activities.
Myanmar International Plastics, Rubber, Packaging, Printing and Foodtech Industry Exhibition 2014 was a well organized trade show with an impressive number of interested visitors. At their joint booth the Brückner Group members Brückner Maschinenbau, Kiefel and PackSys Global (supported by the Jakarta staff of Brueckner Far East) presented the latest solutions for the future development of Myanmar’s growing food and non-food packaging industry.
The numerous visitors showed great interest in the comprehensive information packages for their decision-making processes, customized for an emerging market such as Myanmar and for newcomers in the field of plastics processing.
Brückner Maschinenbau showed a variety of stretching lines for all film types required in the flexible packaging industry. Myanmar’s flexible packaging market, especially regarding BOPP film, is already nicely developed, with ever growing demand.
Kiefel focused on solutions for the rigid packaging industry. Their high speed thermoforming machines for manufacturing beverage cups, food trays and containers aroused great interest among the visitors, resulting in a lot of interesting discussions.
PackSys Global’s equipment for the production of laminate tubes for oral care and cosmetic products as well as production lines for plastic/metal cap closures (tamper evidence) met the needs of Myanmar’s fast rising markets.
