Integrated Data Management

Integrated Data Management

Provides status data and can be used for tracking your production

Process Data History (PDH)

All data obtained by your current SCADA system not only provides data about the status of the process, but can be used for tracking your production. Our PDH solution provides the tools for the analyst for making decisions based on material consumption, energy, spent time, production levels and traceability of products as well as other features.

Asynchronic data enhancement (QDM)

As an add-on for PDH software, QDM includes the quality standards your products need to fulfill. This module helps to check quality levels according to established standards, compare different samples and record the associated information for every batch of products.

Reporting module (BIRT Actuate)

Data by itself doesn’t provide the information that a manager needs for decision making. The reporting module turns the data into accurate information about the production process, helping the manager to make decisions and evaluate the performance of the actual process. Different kinds of reports can be run, and information is available as pie charts, trends, bar charts and many others.

Planning Optimization (CUT)

This software tool, especially useful in the film industry, is the best tool to reduce material waste during slitting processes. By optimizing the slit patterns in the software engine, you can raise your overall yield up to its maximum, leading to less costs associated to roll slitting time, pattern changes and waste recycle.

Production Execution Management (PEM)

In order to obtain profitable results, a correct execution of the process workflow must be successfully accomplished. PEM is the perfect tool for integrating the ERP system allocation of workflows to the shop floor. PEM keeps control of the workflows of every process guaranteeing that every step is performed correctly, effectively reducing human error.

Furthermore, PEM can be linked to the ERP system to provide online information about the process that afterwards can be used for fast managing decision making.
