Act Today.
Shape Tomorrow.

We regard it as our responsibility to make a positive contribution to a sustainable future society by means of innovative technologies, resource-saving processes, and climate-friendly solutions. In this regard, we aim to strike a balance between environmental and social values, foster environmental friendliness and circularity in our value chain, and actively help shape a circular economy.

Our Sustainability Goals
for 2030

  • Climate Protection

We are reducing our direct CO₂ emissions by 50%. At least 25% of our electricity requirements are covered by our own solar power systems. We are also continuously improving the energy efficiency of our machines and plants.

  • Resources and Circularity

We are continuously enhancing our solutions and production processes to use resources more efficiently and to make our end products easier to recycle – guided by clear, measurable research objectives within each Business Unit.

  • Biodiversity

We donate more than EUR 100,000 a year to environmental organizations who engage in the reduction of plastic waste leakage to the environment.

  • Employees

We invest in professional development, the aim being to increase the training time per person by 30% (based on selected training programs). We also plan to fill two thirds of our management positions from our own ranks.

  • Supply Chain

We assess the risks of our suppliers annually, and systematically implement all necessary measures.

  • Compliance

Every two years, all employees receive comprehensive training on the compliance rules and ethical standards of the Brückner Group.

Here at the Brückner Group, we are guided by a holistic understanding of sustainability. We firmly believe that lasting success is built on excellent products, fair dealings with employees and business partners, and environmentally friendly operations. As regulations tighten and awareness grows, we see the rising demand for sustainable solutions not as an obstacle, but as an opportunity. That’s why we’re expanding mono-material and alternative packaging solutions, improving material efficiency and recyclability in our processes, and actively supporting industry initiatives while strengthening communication with our stakeholders.
