Tone from the Top
The issue of compliance starts at the very top. Our executive management not only sets a good example, but also addresses our employees directly with its “tone from the top.” Compliance means for us that we all live these values and act accordingly.

Compliance Organization
With our compliance organization, we ensure that compliance managers and delegates with the appropriate expertise are deployed throughout the Group with our compliance organization. They are local contact points and support our employees to always behave correctly, even in difficult situations. In addition, they ensure the monitoring of internal company processes, train employees, and initiate the continuous development of our organization.

Guidelines
The Brückner Group’s Code of Conduct provides guidance for our behavior. It is at the heart of our corporate culture and serves as our internal compass. Our Code of Conduct is supplemented and specified in a series of additional internal guidelines, which we have used to set ourselves clear standards. Trainings
Only those who understand the background can recognize all the pitfalls and can act accordingly. It is therefore important to us to educate our employees and always keep them alert of compliance risks. For this reason, we regularly train all Brückner Group employees, whether on-site, digitally, or via e-learning courses designed specifically for the Brückner Group.

Our Code of Conduct provides guidance for our behavior and reflects our commitment to social responsibility. The foundation of our success is the people who work together within the Brückner Group. We regard all individuals as equals and treat them with respect. To uphold these values, we respect and promote human rights as well as social and labor standards. Whistleblower System
Violations of applicable law, the Code of Conduct, or other binding requirements can be reported securely and, if desired, completely anonymously via our global whistleblower system.
