| 16 Jan 2012 - Effective January 1, 2012 the US legal entities of the Brückner Group, Bruckner Inc. and Kiefel Technologies Inc. have been merged. The name of the new legal entity is Brueckner Group USA Inc. The new company will serve all Brückner Group members as a platform for their activities in the US and North American markets.
The new US platform will be led by Steve Hoenig as President and CEO of Brückner Group USA Inc. Peter Hoffmann will be as President Film Division responsible for the BO new machine and aftermarket business.
The joint forces will help to serve the very important US, North American and Mexican markets in a powerful and effective way. |
