For almost 25 years, Bruckner Inc. a 100% owned subsidiary of the Brückner Group, which is headquartered in Germany, had successfully represented the company’s pioneer’s positions in the plastics film, stretching industry in the NAFTA region.
The Brueckner Group is growing worldwide thru acquisitions and so the amount of subsidiaries increases in each country at different locations. To take advantage of the expertise, know-how and service capability of the new members of the Brueckner Group, we decided to operate from only one location in New England.
Effective January 1, 2012 the US legal entities of the Brückner Group, Bruckner Inc. and Kiefel Technologies Inc. have been merged. The name of the new legal entity is Brueckner Group USA Inc. The new company will serve all Brückner Group members as a platform for their activities in the US and North American markets.
For our dear customers in the USA, Mexico and Canada, we will provide the same, or even better, service for the years to come.
