Special Plant Design
The main focus of Brückner Biotec is the construction of worldwide turnkey biogas plants, planned according to industrial standards, for industry, commerce, local authorities and agriculture. The input materials for Brückner Biotec biogas plants are mainly waste materials and residues.
Preparation of input material Preparation of input material
Input materials like bio-waste, food waste, expired nutrients etc. are delivered in a waste reception hall. The substrates are then fed to the hopper of a sizing plant by means of walking floor, screws or front loader. Details
Fermentation residue make-up Fermentation residue make-up
Alternatively to the above described measures the fluid fermentation residue can be cleaned by microfiltration and reversed osmosis to discharge values Details
Pressure water scrubbing Pressure water scrubbing
This process serves for upgrading the biogas to natural gas quality. The pressure water scrubbing was until now mainly used in Europe. The process is based on the physical effect of dissolving gases in liquids. Details
Pressure swing adsorption Pressure swing adsorption
Another technology used to extract CO2 from biogas is the pressure swing adsorption. In this process the biogas is compressed to 20 bars and is conveyed to a molecular sieve adsorber. Details
