Our process engineers control on request the plant 24 h a day, 7 days a week in order to recognize at an early stage any process failures and to take counteractive measures to prevent process shut-downs.
All important process parameters (temperature, gas production, methane concentration, etc.) are controlled online continuously via the process control systems. Furthermore, substrate specific sampling and analysis of the fermenter content (content of ammonia concentration, pH-value) is performed regularly.
On the basis of this materials data and our experience, you get a professional support for the optimal use of the input-materials. This service is also available if you decide to change the content of the input mixture. A customer call service which provides 24 h emergency advise is also part of the services provided by our company. |
