Brückner Biotec biogas plants are constructed in two stages with main and post fermenters. So slippage losses of not fermented material can be prevented and optimal yield of gas from input material can be achieved. Fermenter design and agitators are selected depending on the input material and will be adjusted to fluidic and reaction technical criteria. As a rule, Brückner Biotec biogas plants operate in mesophilic range of temperature with optimal biological process stability.
Depending on the input material, the retention time and the volume efficiency are optimised taking into consideration the gas yield and the process stability. In addition, we offer solutions to purify and upgrade the biogas to natural gas quality, preparation of end substrates to compost and treating of waste water. The handling of substrates can include milling, pulpering, separation of swim-sink layers as well as hygienisation. Procedures for steam sterilisation and thermo-pressure-hydrolysis are also available.
